This AvaMix 177CSLICC316 3/16" curved slicing disc is great for slicing soft produce like tomatoes, citrus fruits, bananas, and apples! Use it to replace a broken disc or to increase the versatility of your AvaMix CFP5D, CFP7D, or CFP12D food processor. Also compatible with Avantco Equipment CFP5D and CFP7D food processors. Plus, it can be used with AvaMix dicing and fry grids (sold separately) to create dice and fry cuts, increasing versatility with the same disc.

    • While these grids will work on most fruits and vegetables, we do not recommend using them for cutting through thick skins and exteriors. For items like this, we recommend peeling them first to obtain the best finished product.
