Cut down on prep time with this AvaMix Goliath food processor! With a 2 hp motor and a speed of 300 to 3,500 RPM, this robust unit allows you to chop, puree, or mince ingredients quickly. Thanks to its 5 qt. size and S-blade assembly, it has the capacity to handle large batches and the precision to achieve the consistency you need. Plus, it includes a continuous feed attachment to prep high volumes of food with nonstop ease, helping to further increase prep speed. This attachment comes with a 1/8" slicing disc, a 1/8" grating / shredding disc, a 3/8" dicing grid, and a 3/8" slicing plate. This makes it ideal for quickly slicing vegetables, shredding cheese, and dicing ingredients.

This unit is easy to use with variable-speed controls, start / stop buttons, and an LED screen to display the RPM. Additionally, the pulse button makes processing food even faster and easier, since you can pulse until your desired consistency is achieved. It features a clear plastic bowl and lid, which makes it easy to monitor the processing progress and add ingredients when necessary. This bowl also comes with a scraper set and inner lid opening for even blending.

This unit's lid seals magnetically and the blade will automatically stop if the lid's magnet disengages. The blade will also not spin until the lid is shut and the bowl is locked in place. Its durable base protects the motor and electronic components from leaks, spills, and food debris to ensure long-lasting use. It stands on nonskid feet to keep it firmly in place during use. This food processor easily disassembles for thorough cleaning. It requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
