With an efficient 2 hp motor and 1,500W of power, this unit operates at variable speeds from 300-1,200 RPM, making it ideal for high-volume, heavy-duty processing tasks. This unit includes a pulse button, so you can quickly and easily process food to the desired consistency. Its build includes a durable stainless steel and plastic base that will hold up to the demands of commercial operations, while its nonskid feet promote secure use. This unit comes with a continuous feed attachment with a large full moon hopper, inner chute, and discharge disc to further increase prep speed, as well as a 1/8" slicing disc and a 1/8" grating disc for added versatility.
This unit has a safety interlocking feature to ensure that the blades won't spin unless the continuous feed attachment is properly in place, ensuring safe use for the operator. It is easy to control with simple start / stop and pulse buttons. It features an easy-to-read LED display so you can view RPM speeds at a glance. Built with versatility in mind, this unit is perfect for slicing, grating, pureeing, emulsifying, and chopping. It can be quickly disassembled, making it easy to store away when not in use. It requires a 120V connection for operation.
