The AvaMix BL2E482J commercial blender with digital touchpad controls combines raw power and maximum versatility in a blender that is great in a juice or smoothie bar, or churning out mixed drinks at a pub or restaurant! With its 2 hp, 1500W motor and heavy-duty stainless steel blade assembly, this blender provides the power you need to easily crush through ice, mix drinks, smoothies, house-made spreads or salsa, and anything else you can throw at it!
The blender's digital touchpad control panel is easy to learn and operate. It features three speed settings providing precision control to adapt to different recipes, and a 60-minute timer can that can be set in increments of 30 seconds. You can blend by two different methods, either by using a time and a speed setting together or, when you prefer to blend by sight, simply by choosing a speed and letting the blender work until you've reached the desired consistency. If you will be making the same recipe repeatedly, you'll benefit from the blender's one-touch start feature that repeats the most recent time and speed settings with a single press of the "Start" button. And when you need quick bursts of power to finish off a recipe or to clear the blade area, the pulse button provides a quick and convenient way to throttle the unit on high speed.
The 48 oz. BPA-free Eastman Tritan™ jar provides maximum durability and allows the model to handle frequent blending in large volumes. Your blender comes with 2 of them so you can swap out the jar and keep working without having to stop and wash the container between orders. The 2-piece lid design makes it possible to add ingredients to the blender at any stage in the mixing process, simply by removing the clear inner lid and pushing the additional ingredients down into the jar using the included tamper. A sleek and sturdy ABS plastic base looks great on any bar counter while also making it easy to clean. For added convenience, the jar pad is dishwasher safe, but the jar should be washed by hand for maximum product life. This blender includes a 3 1/2' power cord and requires a 120V electrical connection.
