This AvaMix BL2K64S 64 oz. commercial blender with keypad controls and digital display delivers the power and versatility needed to reliably churn out smoothies and frozen cocktails at busy bars or restaurants. The compact base packs a powerful punch thanks to a 2 hp motor that boasts an impressive 1500W, combining with heavy-duty stainless steel blades to effectively crush ice, mix drinks, or even blend together house-made spreads and salsa!
The easy-to-use touchpad features three speed settings to provide precision control, making it easy to adapt to different recipes. For additional convenience, the pulse button provides a quick and easy way to throttle the unit on high speed. Use this feature when you need quick bursts of power to finish off a recipe, break up chunky ingredients, or clear the blade area. Plus, the easy-to-use membrane touchpad features indicator lights to quickly see and set the speed of the blender.
This blender comes with two 64 oz. jars, one made from BPA-free Eastman Tritan™ plastic, and another from stainless steel. Both provide maximum durability in any application, with the Tritan™ plastic jar providing the visibility needed for sight blending, and the stainless steel jar being especially useful when you need to keep hot foods hot, and cold foods cold. A 2-piece lid design lets you add ingredients to the blender at any stage in the mixing process - simply remove the clear center lid and use the included tamper to push the add-ins down into the jar. A sleek and sturdy ABS plastic base looks great on any bar counter while also making it easy to clean. For added convenience the jar pad is dishwasher safe, but the jar should be washed by hand for maximum product life. This blender requires a 120V electrical connection.

Good blenders! When my bar needed new ones, I took a chance on 2 of these and I was pleasantly surprised. For the price and free shipping they are definitely worth it. I think it's best features are the power and shock stabilization.
