The built-in dicing function helps you achieve consistent cuts every time. This unit comes with a continuous feed attachment to further increase prep speed, as well as 5/32", 3/8", and 1/8" slicing discs, 5/64" and 1/8" grating discs, a 3/8" dicing grid, and a smooth "S" blade for added versatility. The unit's heavy-duty construction with nonskid feet ensures it will hold up to the demands of commercial kitchen operations. It's also compact in size for use in establishments that have limited counterspace.

This food processor includes a 3 qt. stainless steel bowl that holds plenty of product. The bowl features a clear flat lid with a wide opening, which makes it easy to monitor processing progress and add ingredients. The lid magnetically seals, and the blade will automatically stop when the magnet disengages to ensure safe use for the operator. Additionally, the blade will not spin until the lid is shut and the bowl is locked in place.

This unit is easy to control with a simple on / off switch located conveniently on the side. Additionally, the pulse button makes processing food even faster and easier since you can pulse until your desired consistency is achieved. The unit's components are easy to clean and can be quickly removed for simple and convenient storage when not in use. This unit requires a 120V, 1 phase electrical connection for operation.
