Frequently Asked Questions

This grid must be paired with a slicing plate in order to produce a cut. When choosing a slicing plate / grid combination, be aware that very soft items may be smashed if sliced too thin.
While these grids will work on most fruits and vegetables, we do not recommend using them for cutting through thick skins and exteriors. For items like this, we recommend peeling them first to obtain the best finished product.
