I ran a drink concession stand at events where I would make 500-800 cups of thick blended boba tea each weekend from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. I have three of these and have been using them for a couple of years and have had no problems yet. The programming functions are confusing, and we don't use those functions. We just use the start/stop and speed button and adjust depending on the chunkiness of the ice. We are very busy making drinks, but using it this way is the most efficient. We would, most of the time, have two people running three blenders at the same time. For the cost, I think it is so worth it.
