There are two holding positions for the cup, allowing the user to change the height at which the spindle is mixing in the malt cup for maximum control and to achieve the desired thickness every time. This drink mixer is easy to use with a convenient rocker switch to operate its 2 speeds for the ultimate texture with hard or soft ice cream. For milkshakes using hard ice cream or mix-ins, simply add milk to your ice cream of choice and blend until smooth. Even with thicker, harder ingredients, this milkshake machine includes 2 agitators on the spindle to help you get the job done effectively and quickly. This unit can create your most popular milkshake, but it also has the ability to whip up eggs, pancake batter, waffle batter, and other dishes!
A 32 oz. malt cup made of stainless steel is included. Not only is it durable and easy to clean, it keeps the beverage cold as it's prepared. It also boasts a one-piece design, meaning that it won't leak at the base like other malt cups. Plus, markings on the cup show the minimum and maximum fill lines for easy use.
This machine features a robust 400W motor head, which is the most powerful on the market in its class. The high power motor delivers exceptionally high quality results in very little time. Its heavy-duty stainless steel spindle and construction holds up to high demand and also means that it will withstand commercial environments. Ordered the wall mount version to save on counter space. Previously I would use a blender, but was tired of the mess it always made. This has really upped my milkshake game. This mixer is much quieter than I expected. It does a great job of mixing the ingredients. 5 scoops of vanilla ice cream, then fill with milk up to the last scoop. Tablespoon of malted milk powder, and secure into the mixer. Adjust mixture to your own consistency you like. After about a minute, perfect milk shake. No clumps of ice cream left over. My wife prefers a shot of chocolate syrup mixed in with hers using lactose free ice cream and non-sweetened almond milk. Clean up is a breeze and instructions are in the manual. Wipe spindle. Then use a sanitizing mixture in the cup for 2 minutes. Then clean water for 2 minutes. Then spin dry for a few seconds. Did not come with mounting screws, which was fine by me. I had to use my own mounting screw/anchors anyways going into my sheetrock wall. We are really pleased with our purchase. No more “hey, let’s go to Dairy Queen.”

I got this milkshake machine for my husband for our anniversary. It is very durable and heavy. Great quality. The one thing that surprised us is how quiet it is. And it makes great milkshakes too! Easy to clean after use.
