Additionally, the pulse button makes processing food even faster and easier, since you can pulse until your desired consistency is achieved. Its build includes a durable base with nonskid feet for secure use, while its direct drive motor with stainless steel motor shaft and stainless steel blades will hold up to the demands of commercial operations.
The bowl comes with a clear lid that has an opening, which makes it easy to monitor processing progress and add ingredients when necessary. The lid magnetically seals, and the blades will automatically stop when the magnet disengages to ensure safe use for the operator. Additionally, the blade will not spin until the lid is shut and the bowl is locked in place. The 5 qt. stainless steel bowl holds plenty of product at once and remains easy to clean.
This food processor is easy to control, as it has a simple on / off switch located conveniently on the side. It's also compact in size for use in establishments that have limited counterspace. It also disassembles, making it easy to store away when not use. The food processor requires a 120V connection for operation.

We've had this food processor for 3 months now and it has been a great addition to our kitchen. Definitely a more affordable option compared to the Robot Coupe and has been working just as well for us. This machine is very easy to use and quiet in the kitchen. Also you can fill it all the way up with contents (onions is one we use a lot) and it will perfectly grind up everything.
