The AvaMix BL2E 64 oz. commercial blender with digital touchpad controls delivers the power and versatility needed in a blender that will reliably churn out smoothies and frozen cocktails at busy bars or restaurants. The compact base packs a powerful punch thanks to a 2 hp motor that boasts an impressive 1500W, combining with heavy-duty stainless steel blades to effectively crush ice, mix drinks, or even blend together house-made spreads and salsa!

Intuitive touchpad controls make operation simple and easy to learn. The touchpad features 3 speed settings for optimum control, and the timer can be set in increments of 30 seconds up to 60 minutes. For added convenience, you can blend using either a time and speed setting, or blend by sight simply by choosing a speed and letting your blender work until the desired consistency has been reached. When you need a quick burst of power to finish off a recipe or clear the blade area, it also has a convenient pulse button to throttle the unit on "High" speed.

The 64 oz. BPA-free Tritan™ jar design provides maximum durability while allowing this model to handle large volume blending. A 2-piece lid lets you add ingredients to the blender at any stage in the mixing process - simply remove the clear center lid and use the included tamper to push the add-ins down into the jar. A sleek and sturdy ABS plastic base looks great on any bar counter while also making it easy to clean. For added convenience the jar pad is dishwasher safe, but the jar should be washed by hand for maximum product life. This blender requires a 120V electrical connection.

With its 2 hp, 1500W motor and heavy-duty stainless steel blade assembly, this blender provides the power you need to easily crush through ice, to blend mixed drinks, smoothies, house-made spreads or salsa, and anything else you can throw at it! This unit is great for serving up refreshing beverages at a juice or smoothie bar, or churning out mixed drinks at a pub or restaurant. The blender includes a 3 1/2' power cord and requires a 120V electrical connection.

Frequently Asked Questions

For the best results we recommend blending only fresh or partially thawed frozen fruit. If using completely frozen fruit, we suggest a ratio of 1 ¼ parts liquid to 1 parts frozen fruit on high speed.
Due to ginger's hard and fibrous texture, it is not recommended to use this blender to chop whole pieces of ginger. Instead, it is advised to use a knife or box grater to mince the ginger before adding it to the blender jar.
Yes, although we suggest chopping or mincing garlic before adding it to the blender jar for the most consistent blending results.
For best results, we do not recommend using this blender to make hummus. This blender is designed for creating various drinks, juices, smoothies, soups, and sauces such as salsa. We suggest using an AvaMix batch bowl food processor for making hummus.
For proper blending, load the jar with liquid and soft ingredients on the bottom and hard and frozen ingredients on top to avoid cavitation and ensure a consistent and smooth texture. For heavy-duty food blending, pulse the blender several times to quickly incorporate the ingredients and then switch to a constant blending speed.
Due to the metal construction of their drive components, blender jars are a hand wash only item. They should not be run through a dishwasher, and care should be taken to avoid directly spraying the bottom of the container with a high pressure pre-rinse faucet. For best results, clean the bottom of the jar with a washcloth and a mild detergent or sanitizer when needed.
