Made of heavy-duty stainless steel, the blender jar resists corrosion and withstands the wear and tear of a busy commercial kitchen. Plus, as opposed to plastic jars that are prone to scratching, clouding, and hazing, this stainless steel jar is much more durable and has a greater temperature tolerance. This makes it useful for storing contents in a refrigerator or for blending hot soups. It features dual handles for added safety during transport.
The jar's 2-piece lid design allows staff to add ingredients while blending without having to remove it or stop the motor. Simply remove the clear center plug and replace it after adding ingredients.
With the included hefty 1-gallon jar, it's easy to blend large batches of sauces, dips, smoothies, and purees. Your staff will need to load up the jar less frequently than with a traditional size blender jar.
Integrated clasps on the side of the blender jar lock down the lid to prevent overflow, making blending hot liquids safer.
Non-skid feet at the base of the blender help to further eliminate the probability of movement and spillage while in use.
With 3 speed options from low to high and a pulse button that allows the user to throttle quick bursts of power, this model provides complete control over the blending process. It utilizes slow-start blending to break down larger ingredients before increasing to higher blending speeds. This not only prevents messes but also takes some of the strain off of the motor to help increase its overall lifespan.

Although pricey it is worth it!! We have been using different brands and the jar will break or will not stand the heat , they will last last than a month. We decided to buy this one and it is extremely y resistant and durable. It also can hold more food than other commercial blenders

Absolute garbage, do yourself a favor and get the vitamix. Chunks left un blended even after running 5 minutes on high speed. The issue is the blades are too far from the edges and bottom of the jar so it leaves huge chunks untouched. Even in liquids it cant blend thoroughly. Vitamix tears through the same recipes. Lesson learned
