It's also compact in size for use in establishments that have limited counterspace.
To ensure safe use for the operator, the blade will not spin until the feed attachment is secured and the pusher is engaged. This unit is easy to control with a simple on / off switch located conveniently on the side. Additionally, the pulse button makes processing food even faster and easier since you can pulse until your desired consistency is achieved. The unit's components are easy to clean and can be quickly removed for simple and convenient storage when not in use. This unit requires a 120V, 1 phase electrical connection for operation.
